The name Odíhg Vujy̼è is derived from the Tauric language, as Odíhg Vujy̼è was founded by Tsîm Prother, who was culturaly Tauric.
Climate
Odíhg Vujy̼è has a yearly average temperature of 24°C (75°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 27°C (80°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 22°C (71°F). Odíhg Vujy̼è receives an average of 132 cm/y (51 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Odíhg Vujy̼è covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 4950 m (16240 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Odíhg Vujy̼è was founded durring the early 13th century in summer of the year 1210, by Tsîm Prother. The establishment of Odíhg Vujy̼è was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Tsîm Prother struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Odíhg Vujy̼è as a prison colony.
Odíhg Vujy̼è was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Odíhg Vujy̼è is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Odíhg Vujy̼è is buildings are arranged arround a single spacious paverstone mainstreet with many smaller streets branching off of it which gives the town a over all rectangular shape, albit one warped and twisted by the nature of the curves of the main road. The town has a fortified albit thin brick wall. The wall has most of the feeatures of a typical castle wall, just on a much smaller scale and and budget. Notably brick isn't a particuarly soild choice for resisting siege weapons. Odíhg Vujy̼è's wall wouldn't hinder a proper army, but it is more than sufishent for bandits and other small marauding groups. Odíhg Vujy̼è's monster and outlaw focused fortifications are suffering from significent damage, so much so that examples can be pointed to no matter which section one might have within their line of site, and most of which render sections inoperable at present.
A quick look in any direction shows Odíhg Vujy̼è is filled with vices. There are many taverns, brothels are advertising their services on the streets, cardsharks are plying their illicit trade within public squairs, and every shop has at least three signs advertising various sales on goods. That alone wouldn’t be too noticeable, if it wasn’t just so omnipresent and overwhelmingly how the people of this town live.
Civic Infrastructure
Odíhg Vujy̼è has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Odíhg Vujy̼è.
Odíhg Vujy̼è has a Gravedigger's Guild, which is responsible for collecting the dead and laying them to rest according to all applicable laws and religious customs.
Odíhg Vujy̼è has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.

Odíhg Vujy̼è has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Odíhg Vujy̼è's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Odíhg Vujy̼è has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Odíhg Vujy̼è has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
A substantial minority of the locals are descended from foreigners alien to their local neighbors. They may have been religious exiles, economic migrants, indigenous locals surrounded by the existing polity, or a foreign settlement conquered within the relatively recent past. The locals may not be enthusiastic about being ruled by others not of their kind, and their neighbors may look askance at the way foreign customs or even laws may be maintained.
Odíhg Vujy̼è's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is based upon new and innovative technologies of construction and the idea that form should follow function. It was an embrace of minimalism and a rejection of ornament. The style became characterized by an emphasis on volume, asymmetrical compositions, and minimal ornamentation..

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Odíhg Vujy̼è was attacked by a group of nobles with their private armies. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Odíhg Vujy̼è lost 220 people, 198 livestock, and 44 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 176, when members of Odíhg Vujy̼è's militia enacted an operation to assassinate an enemy expert. The operation was complicated by at least some of the intelligence related to the operation was incorrect. The conflict ended with the defense of the strategic location against a siege, which ended in defeat for Odíhg Vujy̼è's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Odíhg Vujy̼è's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
